The first accreditation of J.S. Hamilton Poland laboratory was issued in 1996 by the Polish Testing and Certification Center in the field of food, fuel and fertilizer testing. This accreditation confirmed that the laboratory’s competence and management system met the requirements of the quality assurance system. It was later replaced by accreditation in accordance with PN-EN-ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 issued by the Polish Accreditation Center (PCA). Between 1998 and 2005, the laboratory was also accredited by the Comité Français d’Accréditation COFRAC according to the French standard. Initially in accordance with ISO / IEC 25, PN-EN 45001 standard and COFRAC document 1002 and later in accordance with their NF EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 standard. This accreditation was discontinued when Poland joined the European Union in 2005 and PCA accreditation was recognized internationally.
In March 2019, J.S. The Hamilton Poland laboratory complied with the requirements and conditions for carrying out laboratory testing related to feed safety in accordance with guidelines GMP + B11 and GMP + BA 11. Our laboratory was positively evaluated and approved by GMP +, J.S. The Hamilton Poland laboratory is entered in the database of approved laboratories (GMP 050186). The scope of registration includes: aflatoxin B1, dioxins, PCBs, heavy metals, fluorine and pesticides.
The first J.S. In December 2014, the Hamilton Microbiology Laboratory in Romania received a sanitary-veterinary permit. The laboratory testing profile includes testing of animal and non-animal products, feed and drinking water. On December 23, 2015, the laboratory was accredited by the Accreditation Association – RENAR according to the standard SR EN ISO / CEI 17025: 2005

J.S. Hamilton Poland Laboratory, as a professional provider of analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry, has all the necessary certificates and permits, including a GMP certificate issued by the Polish General Pharmaceutical Inspectorate. This certificate confirms that the Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines have been implemented and are being implemented in the laboratory, as well as that the laboratory management system complies with GMP requirements.
J.S. In 2006, the Hamilton Poland laboratory received a permit from the Polish General Pharmaceutical Inspectorate for the production of medicines in the field of physical and chemical testing. This authorization confirms that the competence of the laboratory and its scientific and research potential meet all the conditions as an external quality control laboratory providing analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry.
In 2016, J.S. Hamilton Poland laboratory received a licence to manufacture, process, and recycle psychotropic substances and a licence to store and place precursors of category 1 drugs on the market from the Polish Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate. These permits allow the laboratory to carry out testing and research on medicines and their raw materials that are subject to special supervision.
In July 2016, J.S. Hamilton Poland’s laboratory for testing drugs and their raw materials was audited by the Food and Drug Administration of the United States. As a result of the audit, the laboratory received a positive evaluation from the FDA, which is considered one of the most prestigious, opinion-forming and demanding institutions in the pharmaceutical industry. J.S. The Hamilton Poland laboratory has received FDA approval without non-compliance (FDA Form 483). This confirms the high competence of the laboratory and guarantees that J.S. Hamilton Poland laboratory fully complies with GMP requirements.
